Sport and physical education is fundamental to the early development of children and the skills learned during play, physical education and sport contribute to the holistic development of young people. Through participation in sport and physical education, they learn about the importance of key values such as:
honesty,
teamwork,
fair play,
respect for themselves and others, and
adherence to rules.

At East-West we highly encourage these values and they are passed on to our students by our enthusiastic P.E. teachers and coaches.

Last Friday I attended our students’ P.E. lesson and I was so gratified to see them learning while having so much fun! All of them were participating, supporting each other and contributing to the game. I thought it would be a good idea to share some photos so you can see your child enjoying his/her P.E. lesson at East-West 🙂

Do you know what your child’s favourite subject is? Well… most of them agree on P.E. being their favourite subject because it’s fun and it makes you feel healthy and stronger!

Is there any subject in particular you would like to see your child participating in? If so, please, let us know! And we will write about it and share some photos in our next post 🙂

Thank you for following us and sharing your ideas and comments.
